Cancellation/Refund Policy
ALL cancellations/refund requests MUST be in writing. A full refund, less a $50 per person administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received by August 15, 2025; a 50% refund if received between August 16 through September 12, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 12. Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the event.
