Cancellation/Refund Policy
ALL cancellations/refund requests MUST be in writing. A full refund less a $50 per person administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received by August 5, 2025: a 50% refund if received between August 5 through August 19, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 19. Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Refunds will be issued within 30 days following the event.

Name Badge
Everyone registered will receive a name badge at registration. This badge must be worn to gain admission to all events including the Exhibit Hall, the educational sessions and the Capital Welcome Reception.

The conference will again be utilizing the Whova app for the convenience of our attendees! Please review the important information below and visit the mobile app OR web app as early as 90 days prior to the meeting to login and set up your profile. You may view the attendee user guide at Whova User Guides for more details to set up your profile and begin familiarizing yourself with the virtual platform. You will need your email address used from registration when signing up. Please be sure to choose a strong password, or sign up using a social media account. Once you're signed up, you will be taken directly to the conference page!

Exhibitors, representing dental manufacturers, suppliers, laboratories, and related services will introduce you to the latest items available and offer substantial savings on many purchases. The financial support of the participating exhibitors makes this Annual Session possible… your patronage is greatly appreciated.

Continuing Education
The Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists (MASO) is an ADA CERP recognized provider approved by the American Association of Orthodontists. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. MASO designates this activity for 10.25 hours for Doctors and 11.0 hours for Staff of continuing education credits.
CE attendance forms will no longer be provided to each registrant after the Annual Session. It is the responsibility of the individual attendee to complete evaluations for each session they attend. Once the evaluations are completed, MASO will submit those names to the AAO. The certificate can then be downloaded from the AAO Website. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP
